You can use the amount in your Wave Media wallet for sending Bulk SMS and for other services only. Funds transferred by debit cards, credit cards, wallets or any other online medium are non-refundable. As the services we offer are irrevocable in nature, we do not offer any refund for Failed SMS, Sender ID, Premium Membership:- , Any Development project left by Client, SEO Package left in Between etc. and for wallet balance which is left and unused.

We advice you to test our services before making purchases. All purchases are considered final in compliance with our no refund policy. We do not offer any refund of money once the transaction is initiated and money is added to Wave Media SMS account wallet. You can use your Wave Media wallet balance for sending Bulk SMS.

Our system works on submission basis. It means you need to pay for each SMS processed from the website or app of Wave Media. Failed SMS are also chargeable.
